Keynote - Michael Schmidtmann
Mike Schmidtmann is a business coach and peer group facilitator based in Northern Virginia. He led Information Technology sales teams for over 20 years before founding his current practice.
Mike founded and built a $30 Million telecommunications business from scratch, and now works with Solution Providers across North America on sales recruiting, new business development, and profit growth.
Mike authors the award-winning Trans4mers blog, a humorous take on sales and management. He contributes content for IT channel publications, and is a frequent public speaker on business and sales topics.
He lives on a farm with his family and assorted horses, alpacas, goats and dogs.

David Spire
As Entech’s Chief Development Officer, David Spire’s 25+ years of experience are what make him the perfect man to plan, design, and implement the company’s business growth strategies. David’s team drives leads and prospects through to new partners, identifies market opportunities and requirements for new services, and builds revenue generation strategies with key vendors, partners, and influencers, to name a few. But most of all, David is focused on making an impact on his communities to further build a legacy and platform organization that will thrive long after he’s moved on. A graduate of Florida State University with an MBA from Webster University, he enjoys golfing and boating. He makes his home in Palmetto with wife Molly and son Gabriel.
