If you're too frustrated with regulatory problems to focus on business...

“Dealing with regulatory and legal issues for a small business owner can seem like a mountain to have to climb while wearing shorts and sandals”

How We Can Help

The Office of the National Ombudsman:

► Acts as a “troubleshooter” between small businesses and Federal agencies

► Conducts public hearings and round tables to hear concerns and comments from small businesses regarding federal regulatory enforcement or compliance assistance

► Rates Federal agencies on their responsiveness to small businesses and reports its findings to Congress

► Ensures that federal regulatory enforcement is effective, and not excessive

This is your chance to speak directly to the government – to really have the right people listen – your concerns with HIPPA, labor regulations, overtime rules, a myriad of others – the issues you know and the ones you might not.
