Meet Marla Duncan
Marla is an owner of MedConnectUSA, a multi-location telephone answering service specializing in medical accounts. Having been involved in all areas of operations and training, Marla has developed this series for her own staff to deal with Day-to-Day Chaos with her clients caller's and as President of the WSTA has graciously been willing to share this experience with others over the past few years.

The first day we will dive into a variety of issues we all encounter including how to deal with all the different types of employees you have including:

Training techniques can sometimes become chaotic & mundane. All of the segments of this course have portions the include both roll playing for better understanding and interactive activities to keep your supervisors refreshed and fully engaged. All segments intertwine with each other and tap on items that cover multiple areas.
